• 01 Term: 50% is the booking amount per person, for Tickets & Visa Issuance.
• 02 Term: Before proceeding with the Hotel Booking process, 30% Payment are required to clear of the remaining balance after the booking amount.
• 03 Term: The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the tickets, visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
• We only accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. We don’t deal in hard cash

• Booking payments are non-refundable.
• All packages are non-refundable; no refund requests will be accepted upon cancellation.
• If denied immigration clearance or due to COVID guidelines, no refunds are available.
• Check airline terms for cancellation fees; we're not liable for any incurred charges.
• No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, cruise portion, or sightseeing, if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.

By booking any tour or service with Talbiya Umrah, it is assumed that you unconditionally consent to accept and abide by these "Terms and Conditions." If you disagree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from proceeding with the booking.

• The listed prices are per person and assume that at least two adults are travelling together.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Availability of rooms and rates at the time of confirmation is subject to change.
• Extra fees may apply for early and late check-ins, which depend on the availability of available rooms.
• Unless specified in the inclusions, vehicles are given point-to-point and are not accessible for disposal.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• Any changes to the ticket or visa cost must be made before leaving.
• We will not be held responsible for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage at Airports.
• The Standard check-in and check-out times are 1500 and 1100 hours, respectively.
• If there is a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, the supplement will be applicable.
• From 2300 hours - 0700 hours, private arrival / departure transfers shall be applicable.
• At this point, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• Please take into account the adult rate for the child when booking a trip with one adult and one child.
• The child's accommodations as specified in each hotel's child policy. A child is classified as an infant if they are younger than two years old, and as a child if they are more than
• The price is predicated on multiple passengers going on the same flight.
• Visa process Time - We would require 04-05 working days to process the visas. Kindly note that immigration is closed Saturdays/Sundays and on public holidays.
• There will be no live entertainment and no alcohol will be served during the religious events.
• There are fees for festivals, trade displays, air shows, long weekends, conventions, special events, Chinese New Year, and New Year. On request, further alternatives are offered.
• Depending on travel dates and availability, prices are subject to change without prior notice and are accurate as of the time of publication.
• We will not be held responsible for any rejection, delay and/or any mistake in visa from embassy and visa fees is non-refundable.
• Talbiya Umrah cannot guarantee that visa applications will be approved or denied; all approvals and denials are contingent upon the policies and guidelines of the relevant authorities.
• Talbiya Umrah just serves as an intermediary for booking travel; it bears no liability for accepting or refusing a customer's entry into any nation. The concerned Embassy alone has the last say on matters, and Talbiya Umrah is not responsible for them. Talbiya Umrah disclaims all liability for any incidental costs or expenses that the customer may spend in connection with this.

• The Company's tours are the only subject of claims, disputes, and litigation that are construed in accordance with current Indian laws, with Delhi courts having exclusive jurisdiction over them.
