Itinerary
Suggested Day Wise Itinerary:
Day 1: Istanbul Arrival
Arrive in Istanbul and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy free time at leisure and an overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 2: Istanbul - Old City Tour
After breakfast, embark on the Old City Tour. Visit Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmed), Grand Bazaar, and Hippodrome. Also, visit Ayyub Al-Ansari Mosque and his tomb, and enjoy a boat tour (1 hour 30 minutes). Overnight stay in Istanbul.
Note: Entrance fees to Topkapı Palace and Hagia Sophia Museum are optional and not included. (You can enter Hagia Sophia for prayer without a ticket during prayer times.)
Day 3: Istanbul - Daily Edirne Tour
After breakfast, travel to Edirne (approx. 4 hours). Visit Selimiye Mosque, Market area, Ottoman Shifahane, and the city center. Return to Istanbul and stay overnight.
Day 4: Bursa City Tour
After breakfast, drive to Bursa (approx. 4 hours). Visit Covered Bazaar, Grand Mosque, Silk Market, Cumalıkızık Village, and Tophane. If time permits, visit Orhan Ghazy, Osman Ghazy, and Mehmed Çelebi Ziarahs. Drive to Mount Olympos (Uludağ) for snow activities (seasonal). Free time for activities (cable car optional). Overnight stay in Bursa.
Day 5: Bursa to Bilecik Sogut
After breakfast, drive to Bilecik Sogut (approx. 2 hours). Explore the founding location and first capital of the Ottoman Empire (1299–1335). Visit the Tomb of Ertugrul Gazi and monuments dedicated to him. Take photos dressed in historical costumes (optional). Visit Kuyulu Masjid (Ertuğrul Gazi Masjid), the first mosque of the Ottomans, and the Turkish Leaders Monument. Visit the Tomb of Sheikh Edebali, mentor of Ertugrul Ghazi, and Bala Hatun’s Tomb. Explore the Orhangazi Mosque and Ottoman Sultans Park to learn about the Ottoman Empire’s history. End the day by driving to Istanbul (approx. 3 hours). Overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 6: Bosphorus Cruise Tour
After breakfast, enjoy a Bosphorus Cruise (shared boat, 1 hour 45 minutes). View landmarks such as Rumelian Castle, Dolmabahçe Palace, and Beylerbeyi Palace from the boat (no interior visits). Later, visit Pier Loti Hill for a panoramic view and Taksim Square. Overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 7: Departure
After breakfast, enjoy free time at leisure. Transfer to the airport.

- A bona fide Passport which is valid for another 6 months
- Passport size photograph which should have a white background
- Fees for the visa 5,000/- per application for individual entry

- The applicant must fill visa application form by blue or black pen in capital letters. Also affix 1 photograph with it. Sign the application
- Original passport with copies of old passport showing the travel history should be attached as well. Copies of front and back page of passport should also be attached
- The passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of return in India with at least 2 blank pages
- Applicant must fill the form himself\herself and sign it as well
- Photo specifications:
- Recent passport size photographs
- With matt finish or semi-matt finish
- 80% face coverage
- Dimensions should be 2.5x2.5
- The photograph must not be used prior for an purpose
- Original covering letter stating applicant’s name, designation, passport details, all travel details alos signify purpose and duration of the visit. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp. It should be addressed to ‘consulate General of Republic of Turkey.
- Bank statement mentioning last 6 months with bank seal and sign on the last page also the minimum balance should be 1 lakh rupees per applicant
- Salary slip of last three months along with company’s seal
- In case of self-employment notarized business registration:

- Travel insurance which should be valid at least for the duration of the trip

Payment Terms
- 01 Term: 50% is the booking amount per person, for Tickets & Visa Issuance.
- 02 Term: Before proceeding with the Hotel Booking process, 30% Payment are required to clear of the remaining balance after the booking amount.
- 03 Term: The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the tickets, visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
- We only accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. We don’t deal in hard cash

- Booking payments are non-refundable.

- A fully vaccinated person must present their vaccination certificate.
- Room services are not included; they vary depending on the hotel.
- In the scenario where the designated hotel for your Turkey journey hotel is Not available due to service-related issues or other circumstances. Equal-quality accommodation at an equal distance will be provided.
- In Turkey, the standard check-in time is 4 pm, with check-out set for 12 pm. Arriving at the hotel earlier may delay getting your room. They clean the rooms after check-out before guests can use them. Please note: The Saudi government's rules require check-in at 4 pm and check-out by 12 pm.
