Payment Terms:

  • 01 Term: 50% is the booking amount per person, for Tickets & Visa Issuance.
  • 02 Term: Before proceeding with the Hotel Booking process, 30% Payment are required to clear of the remaining balance after the booking amount.
  • 03 Term: The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the tickets, visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
  • We only accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. We don’t deal in hard cash

Cancellation Policy:

  • Booking payments are non-refundable.
  • All packages are non-refundable; no refund requests will be accepted upon cancellation.
  • If denied immigration clearance or due to COVID guidelines, no refunds are available.
  • Check airline terms for cancellation fees; we're not liable for any incurred charges.
  • No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, cruise portion, or sightseeing, if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.

Itinerary

Suggested Day Wise Itinerary:

DAY 1: Arrival and City Tour

Arrival in Doha: Upon arrival at Hamad International Airport, our local tour representative will meet and assist and you'll be transferred to your hotel. Check-in and relax: Get settled and freshen up.

Half-Day Doha City Tour: Explore Doha’s major attractions such as Doha, from Katara Cultural Village to Souq Waqif. You'll get a good mix of modern and traditional sights. Evening at Leisure: Enjoy dinner at one of Doha’s many restaurants or overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Desert Safari and Shopping Tour

Morning: after breakfast drive to go Half-Day Desert Safari: In the morning or afternoon, you'll embark on an exhilarating desert safari. This typically includes dune bashing, sand boarding, and maybe a camel ride. Some tours also include a stop at a traditional desert camp for refreshments.

  • Lunch: Usually provided as part of the desert safari experience.
  • Half-Day Shopping Tour: After returning to the city, head out for a shopping spree. You might visit malls like Village or City Center, or explore traditional markets.
  • Evening at Leisure: Consider trying local cuisine or relaxing at your hotel.

    • Day 3: Departure to Airport

    Morning: after breakfast, Pack up your bags and check out of your hotel. Return airport transfers: transferred you to Hamad International Airport for your departure.

    • The listed prices are per person and assume that at least two adults are travelling together.
    • Rates may change without prior notice.
    • Availability of rooms and rates at the time of confirmation is subject to change.
    • Extra fees may apply for early and late check-ins, which depend on the availability of available rooms.
    • Unless specified in the inclusions, vehicles are given point-to-point and are not accessible for disposal.
    • There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
    • Any changes to the ticket or visa cost must be made before leaving.
    • We will not be held responsible for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage at Airports.
    • The Standard check-in and check-out times are 1500 and 1100 hours, respectively.
    • If there is a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, the supplement will be applicable.
    • From 2300 hours - 0700 hours, private arrival / departure transfers shall be applicable.
